Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.
2.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- rr999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
- If fraud or irregular activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
3.1 Welcome Bonus
A 120% bonus on your first deposit at rr999 is available up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. Maximum example: a ৳26,000 deposit earns a ৳15,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳41,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
- There may be a maximum bet limit when placing bets using bonus funds.
- Bonuses may be cancelled if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
- The validity period for claiming a bonus and the deadline for completing wagering will be clearly stated with each offer.
3.3 General Bonus Rules
- A promotion applies to one account once only.
- Taking advantage of the same promotion across multiple accounts from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.
- rr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash.
VIP Program & Cashback Policy
4.1 VIP Tiers
The rr999 VIP Program has three tiers. Each tier is determined based on your gaming activity:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback. The starting tier for new members.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback. Reached through consistent gaming activity.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback. The highest VIP tier at rr999.
4.2 Cashback Terms
- Cashback is calculated each week on net losses across eligible games during the designated period.
- Cashback is credited directly to your account balance — withdrawable without separate wagering requirements.
- Cashback rates may change if your VIP tier changes or your account becomes inactive.
Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on rr999:
- Unusual betting patterns that exploit bonus terms ("bonus abuse").
- Account hacking, manipulation, or the use of any software exploits.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
